This Privacy Policy applies to the ZwaAPI website, dashboard, APIs and related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to the practices described here.
We collect information in three ways:
We use the information to provide and maintain the Platform, process payments, deliver messages on your behalf, provide support, detect abuse and fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal data.
When you connect a WhatsApp number, we process the messages and media required to deliver the service. This data is handled in line with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's platform terms. You remain the controller of your contacts and conversations; we act as a processor on your behalf.
We share information only with: infrastructure and sub-processors that help us run the Platform (hosting, payments, email); Meta/WhatsApp to deliver messages; and authorities where required by law. All sub-processors are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements. Message history is retained according to your plan settings and can be deleted by you at any time from the dashboard.
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, network isolation, access controls, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information and will notify you of any breach that affects you, as required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the dashboard, or by contacting us using the details below.
