These terms govern your access to and use of the ZwaAPI platform. Please read them carefully — using the service means you accept them.
By registering for, accessing or using the ZwaAPI platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Accounts are for the registered user or organisation and may not be resold without permission.
You agree not to use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited messages, distribute malware, harass or deceive recipients, infringe intellectual property, or break any applicable law. You must obtain valid opt-in consent from every contact you message.
Your use of WhatsApp through the Platform must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's platform terms. Violations can result in your WhatsApp number being restricted by Meta — actions that are outside our control. We may suspend features to protect your account or the Platform.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may change with prior notice; changes never affect the period you have already paid for. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time plan purchases. After that period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. To request a refund within the guarantee window, contact support.
The Platform, including its software, design and branding, is owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service to you.
We work hard to keep the Platform available and publish live status on our system status page. The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZwaAPI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the Platform, or create risk for other users. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
